Thank you for your interest in our Puppies for Soldiers program! The Legacy Hero Hunt’s “Puppies for soldiers” program allows veterans to apply to receive an AKC registered lab puppy at no cost to them.

This was started in 2008 by Our founder Stacy Dvorak. To date, 28 companion animals and service trained dogs have been placed in the care of a veteran. We couldn’t do this without the support of all our donors and look forward to giving many more veterans the opportunity to be apart of this program.
